PCNH provides the services of home nursing to families located in Kuala Lumpur Area. We provide families with experience home nursing staff to come to their homes and take care of their love ones with proper methods of working. The staff are responsible in taking care of the resident health, lifestyle and food intake. Along with these responsibilities the staff will also work on improving the emotional condition of the patient as well as improve their surrounding environment. We provide both male and female staff to the families as well as different packages which include outings, physiotherapy and doctor visits.
Home Nursing Staff Responsibilities!!
We bath the patient once a day to keep the body free from impurities. If the family wants to bath more then once they may request the staff to do so.
Height and Weight
The home nursing staff will care for all the wounds of the residents but the resources for wound care must be supplied by the family.
Home Nursing staff will engage the patient in multiple activities throughout the day and keep the patient active and interested in all activities.
The home nursing staff assist the patient which are unable to feed themselves and creates methods for the patient to feed themselves if possible. .
the staff is responsible to cook the daily meals of the patient and to provide them with healthy meals. If the family wishes to bu food and the serve to the patient the may inform he staff.
The staff is responsible for all the medication which is prescribed to the patient and will take proper measure to insure that the patient takers them on time.
Daily BP Checkup
The staff will take the blood pressure of the patient once a day. In the case of some sickness the blood pressure will be checked consistently every hour.
The staff will perform daily exercises with the patient to improve their motor skill. the exercises will be based on stretching the body muscles and improving motion.
The home nursing staff will always keep the surroundings of the elderly clean so no irrelevant bacteria or odder can spread.
This practice is very important and is implemented by the home nursing staff to make the patient conscious of their past events and to remove any depression present in the mind.
If the family would like for the staff to take the patient out for a group outing with the residents of PCNH the may inform the staff and management. Extra charges will be presented.
